Every task and incident on one map, from the first pin to the final export
Festival Radar Pro is where your crew reports, your control post dispatches and everything ends up on record. Here's how it works, part by part.
Your map in every crew member's pocket
Use a public map, a technical drawing, an aerial photo or a grid plan, across several sites and floors. Everyone always has the latest version, and it's searchable, so they find their way.
Production works off the technical drawing, security prefers the grid and the volunteer at the bar only knows the public map. A pin dropped on one map shows up on exactly the same spot on all the others, so “Bar 12”, grid square E23 and “back left of the Castle Stage” all point to the same place.
Every point has a coordinate, but nobody has to read one out, because Festival Radar Pro translates it into a zone, a stand or a grid square. The coordinates stay behind the scenes.
If Saturday has a different setup on the same grounds, with stages that change names or parts of the site that open later, each day gets its own layout.
Reporting in three taps, with one hand
Pin the location, pick a category and add a photo if you want. It takes a few seconds and leaves one hand free for the job.
Follow-up questions and extra information stay with the task or incident they belong to, instead of getting buried between forty other messages. You can add photos, screenshots, voice messages or @-mentions.
Every crew member can report, not only the people with a radio, so you have more eyes and ears on site.
Dispatch without the noise.
Assign every task and incident to the right person or team, and follow it until it's fixed.
Everything on record
Nobody likes logging, right? Festival Radar Pro does it for you and records who reported, who was assigned, every status change with the exact time, the chat, the photos and the zone.
You'll have it ready for your own debrief, next year's edition, the insurer, the municipality or the police.
Export a PDF report in your own branding, or the full Excel for those who like it old school.
Small things with big value
Send an incident or task to the police, a contractor or a supplier through a secure link that includes the map, photos, status and chat. They don't need an account or the app. You can revoke the link whenever you want, and it expires by itself after three days.
Put a time on a task, and whoever it's assigned to gets a push notification at that moment. You can also use it as a checklist for build-up or breakdown.
Tap a name anywhere in the app to call that person, because your user list doubles as your phone list and it's always up to date.
Your festival, your data
Your data is hosted in the EU, under European privacy law. Festival Radar BV processes it and you own it, and we work GDPR-compliant with a data processing agreement available.
You can export everything as PDF or Excel whenever you want. Need your data in another format or want an integration? We'll be happy to talk about it.
See it on your own festival.
We'll set up a demo with your own site map(s), zones and teams.
